  • Easy access to updates and patches via our Update Notification List and FTP access.

Annual Support includes the following Hardware benefits:

  • On-site service for minimal maintenance down-time
  • Replacement parts exchange for server hardware
  • Replacement parts exchange for proprietary FPGA Accelerator Arrays

Our Support Contract offers an excellent value for a combination of hardware and software engineering.
