DeCypher® 7.6.2 Update Improvements for DeCypher®

This release is a general update for DeCypher and CodeQuest systems. All CodeQuest systems that have PipeWorks installed are already running DeCypher software 7.6.2

Improved Searching and Server Compatibility

• DeCypher 7.6.2 offers improved handling for large searches on multi-core CPU servers and multi-board systems.
• A variety of improvements to HMM searches have been implemented
• HMM FrameSearch now includes JSTATE processing to detect multiple sub-domains.
• Improved flexibility for building target databases
• Added ability to group search results by locus from Web interface

More Flexible Output Options

• Added new output format NTDIRECTALWAYS to make output consistent with NCBI BLAST output.
• Added query-anchored output format (NCBI -m1 option (with identities) and NCBI -m2 option (without identities).
