Each DeCypher node can include up to 3 accelerator arrays, with the optimal CPU:array ratio determined by your intended algorithm mix.

To optimize throughput and job distribution, DeCypher can also be scaled across several server nodes, each housing multiple DeCypher arrays. Each node can be set with a preference for specific search types.

This enables jobs to be handled by the most effective node (for instance, a 3-card system could be ideal for large HMM searches, while a several single card nodes could handle Tera-BLAST comparisons.
