2d Scalability

  • The DeCypher Master node automatically updates target databases across the slaves, and manages job submissions across all nodes.

  • DeCypher Enterprise handles up to 10 nodes and 20 SeqCruncher cards to deliver thousands of CPU-cores of performance for genomics within a few inches of rack space!

  • Preferred server nodes include Dell 2950 III and HP DL380 servers featuring dual quad-core Xeon CPUs. Need more per search performance? Talk to us about quad CPU server options!

  • Each DeCypher node can be configured with a preference rating for specific search types. In a mixed environment where servers have between 1-4 cards, you may decide to reserve the larger throughput nodes specific large-scale search duties.
